All orders will be processed within 48 hours after your payment has been authorized and verified (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) and a tracking number will then be provided to you via email. 

 

All items are shipped via U.S Postal Mail. 

 

Domestic Mail Flat rate of $6.45 (1-3 Business days)

Priority Mail International Flat Rate $23.95 (6-10 Business Days)

 

Silky Galore is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (The shipping address provided at the time of purchase will be the address that the package will be mailed to.) 

 

Silky Galore Isn’t responsible for any packages that may become lost or stolen in route to the location destination. 

 

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number provided or contacting your local post office.
